Express Signs, Inc. Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Time

Express Signs, Inc. strives to process, manufacture, box, and ship every order within the following time frames:

• Digital print jobs: Three to five business days
• Screen print jobs of large quantity: 14 business days

IMPORTANT NOTE: The time frames written above include the production process up until shipping. It does NOT include overall shipping time after departure from our facility.

2. Rush Orders

We offer rush order options, including rush delivery, through our online ordering system to accommodate short-notice or emergency orders; however, we cannot control actual shipment and delivery times due to numerous factors, including but not limited to

• Volume and weight of orders,
• Delivery option chosen by customer,
• Availability of resources, and
• External issues beyond both our control and the customer’s control.

3. Variation in Shipping Time

While we will strive to maintain a turnaround time of three to five business days, you may experience longer shipping time than normal depending on a variety of factors, including

• Color and design work,
• Quantity,
• Customer review,
• Revisions, and
• Facility workload.

4. Production Locations

Express Signs, Inc. manufactures each order in its own facilities or those of trusted partners.
