- Customer must supply outlined vector artwork. Accepted file types include PDF, SVG, EPS, AI, as long as the artwork within the file is vector-based. Pixel-based images (such as JPGs, PNGs, etc) are not vector artwork even if saved in one of the aforementioned file types, and converting them into useable files may incur extra charges. The customer will be contacted if this is the case.
